check-in was efficient i received a glass of sparkling wine at reception and a panettone cake in the room the staff was very friendly and kind including the attentive manager bruno a surprise christmas gift at check-out secured a future visit. The room featured a trendy design and cleanliness it also offered a balcony with river views. i found the hotel location excellent as well. i appreciated the pool and spa area.

The generic pods provided for the nespresso machine were not ideal for me.

the hotel's location near the pier was ideal. i stayed for several nights, enjoying the beautiful double or twin room. the staff was friendly and helpful, even surprising me with a welcome drink and a birthday treat (it was totally unexpected!).

the air conditioning in the room wasn't quite strong enough, it took a while to cool down. this was a minor issue, but noticeable especially during warmer days (i wish it had been cooler!).

christmas eve felt special here the check-in was efficient and i got a glass of sparkling wine i found a tasty panettone cake in my room it made my evening the location was convenient too everything i needed was within reach.

the gym had large cockroaches one morning that was not very inviting.

a superb hotel experience

i appreciated the excellent location, near many restaurants, the main square and public transport. the hotel provided a bus stop and metro station very close to the premises. the breakfast had good food and high quality, and the chef promptly refilled it. the hotel is also quiet, a great feature after long walks.

i found that the ventilation fan in the bathroom was not working properly.
